Salty Goats is a wine company concentrated on Pinot Noir that is sourced and farmed on the coastal hills of Northern California.
They pride themselves on collaborating with dedicated and trusted organic farmers and are constantly in search of new and exciting sites. With its high elevation, proximity to the ocean, and cooler climate, we believe the West Sonoma coast creates wines that are expressive and elegant.
To balance the playfulness of the name and roughness of the hand-drawn wordmark and illustrations, we used contemporary wine language to reinforce the price point and quality of the wine.
We added dimension this label by embossing the wordmark and illustrations and utilizing a blue foil, which speaks to the Sonoma coast and the “Salty” in Salty Goats. The unexpected blue foil throughout the label takes your eye on a journey across the label to discover hidden gems like Harry the goat and more details about the wine.
