Southwest Mountains Vineyards is set along the Virginia foothills of the Southwest Mountain Range in Keswick, Virginia, just 15 minutes from downtown Charlottesville.
Known for its idyllic scenery and pastoral landscape, Keswick is a beautiful and integral part of Virginia’s Monticello AVA and has been recognized as the Wine Region of the Year in Wine Enthusiast’s 2023 Wine Star Awards adding Monticello to the elite group of wine destinations like Sonoma, Willamette, Rioja, and Italy.

For Southwest Mountains Vineyards, the world of Fox Hunting is the key theme and inspiration of our branding and design. The family’s equestrian expertise, along with a rich history of fox hunting in and across the multiple family farms, it is both a tradition and fellowship.
Pulled from fox hunting jackets and vests, the various illustrations begin to tell a rich story. Each is unique per wine with the border detail being different between the core and top tier. The huntsman’s red jacket inspires the brand’s signature red color.
